I was obsessed with food, always snacking or feeling hungry. I was always putting food in my mouth and it was starting to impact my work to the point where I couldn’t even attend a meeting without bringing a snack. Most of the time I was reaching for sugar, especially when my children were down for a nap or in bed. I’m so glad that I decided to join the Break Free From Sugar Group Program! It’s changed my whole relationship with sugar and food as well as teaching me way more about food, stress and my overall health than I could possibly have imagined!
Since joining the program I have more energy and feel so much more in touch with my food and health in general! As a family, we’ve noticed big changes in our waistlines and our pantry. I now choose when and how to indulge in sugar and treats. I am in control! And the best part is knowing that I am setting a great example for my children as they grow up!Allyse T.
I knew I had a sugar addiction and needed some serious help. I was at my lowest point by this time and was desperate for some help from a real person. I came across Dani online and was so thankful I did. I consider myself a chocoholic and I couldn’t believe myself when I stopped craving chocolate or sweets.
My health is important to me and knowing how closely my kids are watching me, tells me they will follow in my footsteps too. How happy and healthy I feel is the best goal yet. Before I joined the Break Free From Sugar Program I was feeling depressed, defeated, and old! I had no energy and was uncomfortable in my own skin. I’ve tried every diet over the last 20 years and I always gained the weight back and felt deprived. I have my life back!
Since the program, I feel like a new person! My moods have stabilized, I have much more energy, my clothes feel loose, my acid reflux is gone, and I feel better than I have in 10 years! Before Dani, I struggled to find a healthy balance. Type II diabetes runs in my family and I knew the boxes of cookies and bags of chocolate I consumed on a daily basis was going to make that health risk more of a reality. In between handfuls of chocolate and scoops of ice cream, I made the decision to call in reinforcements.
Working one on one with Dani gave me the kick in the butt I needed to take charge of my health. She has a wealth of knowledge about all things health and an uncanny ability to find creative ways to establish habits in a way that works just for you. I am overweight and was seriously addicted to sugar prior to the program. I found my energy was lacking throughout the run of a day, and that I would crave chocolate or other sweet treats, typically snacking on them in the afternoon and after supper.
The program was amazing, and my mindset was able to shift over the course of the 8 weeks. I find myself now in control. I choose when I want sugar and what I want it to be, and continue to feel happy and enjoy life – not feeling like I am handcuffed to a way of eating. I do have more energy which is getting better with each week, I have lost some weight (~ 10 lbs), and I have a more healthy relationship with food overall.

I highly recommend Danielle’s coaching. She helped me when I was stressed, working too much and not taking care of myself. What I liked most about working with Danielle was her judgement-free approach, and supportive nature. Danielle guided me to make positive changes in my diet and lifestyle.
