How is it December already?!!!

I’m personally VERY excited to soak in all that winter has to offer this year. I’ve “skipped” winter the last 2 years and I’ve actually missed the coziness and chance to rest and go more inward while cuddled up to the fire.

So this year I’m ready to do it all right.

And to find my moderation during the holidays.

You see, it doesn’t have to be all or nothing. It doesn’t have to be “eat all the cake and cookies” or “eat none”.

One of the BEST things that help me get through the holidays feeling happy and healthy is to create holiday goals around my eating and movement. Maybe instead of running most days, I go for more walks or just get in one 10 minute workout a day. Maybe instead of eating sugar and junk once a week, I allow myself to indulge every 2-3 days.

And the thing that sets me up for success the most?

Continuing to plan and eat healthy sugar-free meals and indulgences as much as possible.

You see, if you’re still eating healthy meals most of the time, it makes it easier to choose to indulge in the sugar and drinks without the guilt that so often comes with this time of year.

And for this, I keep my copies of the Break Free From Sugar E-Cookbooks very close by for quick inspiration and ideas.

Last week, I launched the NEW and IMPROVED versions of my two E-Cookbooks!!! I’ve completely re-done the books AND added even more delicious recipes that I know you’ll love.
