As I lead a group of powerful women through a 6-week emotional deep dive into the real reason we’re addicted to food and sugar, I’m blown away by the vulnerability and conversations taking place.
And it’s gotten me thinking and reflecting.
All of our “bad” habits around food and our health… all of the struggles, boil down to one thing.
Our beliefs.
And not just our beliefs about food… but more deeply our beliefs about ourselves.
Deep down on some level we don’t feel worthy or loved. We don’t believe in ourselves or think we’re worthy of our dreams. We’re afraid to fail because of what it means about who we are as a person.
Can you relate?
THIS, my friend, is at the CORE of our struggles with food. These toxic lies that we tell ourselves day in and day out that keep us “coping” or numbing out with food.
So just in case you forgot and needed a reminder today…
You are loved.
You are enough.
You are worthy.
