There’s no more denying it.

Fall is here.

And as much as I’m mourning the warm sunshine and long days, I’m also really looking forward to all that Fall has to bring.

What’s your favourite thing about this time of year?

Cozy sweaters…

Lazy evenings by the fire…

Watching the leaves turn into gorgeous shades of yellow and orange…

Pumpkin spice everything!

Yup, me too.

The changing of the seasons is always a powerful time to re-set and re-focus our lives and routines… as well as our EATING.

As we switch out of warm weather and into cool days, our meals should change as well!

More warm home cooked meals that are easier on our digestion – soups, stews, curries… and less raw foods like salads.

With that… I’m excited to share with you a recipe that I created YEARS ago that is still to this day one of my all time favourites.

Not only is this recipe QUICK and EASY, it’s also filled with immune boosting ingredients that will keep you strong as the seasons shift 🙂
