One of the first, and easiest steps, I made while starting my journey to better health, was to label read. Being aware of what is going into your food, and ultimately into your body, brings a sense of awareness and mindfulness to your health.
Do you know what all those numbers and words on the labels mean? 
If not, don’t worry. It can be very confusing!
