Who is Gabrielle?

Having personally come off of antidepressants at age 24, microdosing acted as a powerful tool among many which led to the last 3.5 years offering microdosing guidance in Canada’s first-ever storefront dispensary. In parallel, Gabrielle discovered the profound impact of altered states of consciousness through breathwork, meditation and psychedelics. Her personal journey has led to her significant shifts in perspective, career, relationships and authenticity. Her path has given rise to her certification as breathwork facilitator, psychedelic guide and ceremonialist.
Gabrielle is lit up by empowering individuals to connect with their inner healer through their relationship with the body’s wisdom. She believes in the power of implementing small, incremental changes that lead to profound shifts in personal-development and well-being. Gabrielle’s work is a testament to the transformative potential of integrating mind, body, and spiritual practices.
