Did you know that most humans spend upwards of 90% of their days inside?
So what and why should I care?
Well sister, it’s time for a tough wake up call because science is finally catching up with what our ancestors knew all those years ago and the indoor lifestyle is actually one of the main reasons we’re SICK… with high blood sugar, difficulty sleeping, disease…
No, you don’t have to move outside and live in a tent, but there are some powerful and key factors to help you begin to flow more with nature and the natural rhythms of the seasons that will dramatically improve your health.
And by just making some of these shifts you can see immediate shifts in your blood sugar, mood, sleep patterns and more.
Today’s episode with our incredible guest and my dear friend Danielle Hamilton will shed the light on some tough truths we all need to know about light AND share some incredible and easy steps we can all take to start supporting our bodies and hormones in a more natural way.
Who is Dani?
Danielle “Dani” Hamilton is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a renowned blood sugar expert specializing in using a personalized circadian and quantum approach to optimizing metabolic health. Her journey into this specialized field was fueled by her personal battle with PCOS, hypoglycemia, acne, and weight loss resistance, which she successfully reversed after learning that blood sugar issues and metabolic issues were at the root.
After working with clients for several years and helping hundreds reverse their metabolic issues like insulin resistance, there were others who continued to struggle, despite doing “everything right.” Encouraged to dig deeper, Dani turned to nature for answers and discovered the incredible power of light, water and magnetism to help optimize not only metabolic health, but every single aspect of health. Lit up by the sun’s healing powers, she now uses a circadian and quantum approach as a foundation for helping her clients heal.
Dani is on a mission to help the world get back to nature to heal their blood sugar, uplevel their energy, and feel great. She is the host of the top 50 Nutrition Podcast, Light Up Your Metabolism. She is also the creator of the transformative “Blood Sugar Mastery Program.”
