Are you stuck feeling like you’ll never be able to go off sugar?
Maybe you’re starting to notice some health issues creeping in but still feel a strong resistance to giving up the white stuff?
Perhaps you’re deeply worried about losing your best friend…
Or terrified to live without your only source of comfort and joy…
You’re not alone in this!
Our guest Netta Gorman is here today to share her powerful story through hitting rock bottom with her health and finally taking the leap into her sugar-free journey.
Netta knows what it’s like to feel out of control with food cravings. As she approached her mid 40-s she began struggling even deeper with constipation, joint pain, relentless fatigue, headaches, and uncomfortable bloating.
Until one day she decided enough was enough and through a recommendation from her brother went to see a nutritional therapist. She was instructed to go 2 weeks without sugar, flour and sweeteners.
After struggling with much resistance to giving up her favourite foods and chocolate, she decided that she could do anything for 2 weeks and was ready to finally get out of her own way in order to end her suffering with food.
This was just the start for Netta’s journey. She now mentors and guides midlife women through the same transformation that she experienced all those years ago.
